‍References to “Jungle”, and/or “Jungle Ventures” in this paragraph are to one or more of the Jungle group entities or to one of their respective affiliates (together “Jungle entity/entities”).The designation of a person as “partner” in respect of Jungle on this website and generally, means that such person is a senior employee, consultant or such other person with equivalent standing in Jungle. Unless otherwise specifically stated or informed in writing by us, a person who is designated as a “partner” of Jungle (i) is not a shareowner, director, member, limited or general partner and/or such other person with equivalent standing in any Jungle entity, and (ii) does not have the authority to:(a) enter into any contract, agreement, transaction or commitment on behalf of a Jungle entity or create obligations on the part of any Jungle entity;(b) exercise, enforce, waive or release on behalf of any Jungle entity any rights that such entity has (whether in whole or in part); or(c) amend, alter, modify, terminate, vary, supplement, restate or otherwise change whether in whole or in part (or agree to such matters) on behalf of a Jungle entity any contract, agreement, deed or document by which such entity is bound.
